 good options. Amla is a home remedy to treat seasonal cold and 

flu-like symptoms.

Take 3 to 4 pieces of amla with one tablespoon ginger juice and 4

 to 5 leaves of mint make juice off these. take every day to get your

 the daily dose of vitamin C.

Eyecare

Carotene in amla keeps eyes healthy. Eating regularly keeps eyes

 away from itching, redness and improve eye vision.

Haircare

Acts as a natural hair conditioner. Improve blood supply to the

We use amla oil for hair massage.

 Use amla powder with henna for

 control diabetes.

Dried amla

Deseed the amla and sprinkle salt on it then keep it for drying in the

 sunlight. After complete dehydration put in a dry jar and use it.

Amla pickle or murabba

Make spicy achar or murabba by keeping in sugary syrup.

Amla jam

1 kg gooseberry

½ lemon juice

1 kg granulated sugar

400 ml of water

Put amla, lemon juice and water in a pan bring to boil then simmer

 for 15 minutes until fruit becomes soft and pulpy. Put the sugar and

 gently heat until sugar dissolves. Boil for 15 minutes it becomes

red hue. Cool it and check with a finger if it will wrinkle up means

 jam prepared otherwise boil for another 5 minutes. After cooling

 put in a dry sterilized jar and seal it. Put in a cool place. The jam

 will good for 6 months.

So in this winter make a habit to add Indian Amla or gooseberry in our daily diet.
